Stinging Nettles Tincture

Fresh Stinging Nettles (Urtica dioica) were picked mindfully and carefully macerated with high proof alcohol and spring water for 8 weeks to produce a bright green tincture. Nettles are a powerhouse of vitamins and nutrients such as iron, protein, chlorophyll, vitamin C, fiber, potassium, silica and calcium. Nettles may help in building the blood and strengthening connective tissue.
